Probate
When a loved one passes away, whether with or without a Will, it is essential for their Executors or family members to apply to the Court for a Grant.
This legal document is necessary to manage and distribute the deceased’s estate assets. Navigating this process can be particularly challenging for those unfamiliar with their responsibilities to the Court and the estate.
I offer expert advice and support to clients throughout the process of obtaining a Grant from the Court. Once the Grant is secured, it empowers Executors or Administrators to handle the estate assets according to the deceased’s Will or, if there is no Will, in accordance with the rules of intestacy.
I provide tailored assistance for those who need help solely with acquiring the Grant.
Further, I am available to guide clients through the entire estate administration process following the receipt of the Grant, if this additional support is required.
Regardless as to the extent of my involvement, such matters are handled with care and sensitivity.
